In 1962, industry pioneer, Clarence Veigel envisioned providing top quality products and unequaled customer service. After four generations, Matt McAlear continues this mission of unequaled service through innovation. Today, SSC boasts an impressive product offering and exceptional customer experience for the garage door industry. Additionally, SSC operates service centers in Orlando, FL., Detroit, MI., and Chicago, IL with a second spring manufacturing facility in Visalia, CA to serve our customers better, no matter their location.

SSC becomes the first company to offer a spring warranty

The Guaranteed Shipping Program is launched

We release Solutions Spring Engineering Software for desktop computers
